Looking for 3rd female from the mid Atlantic US ( Virginia Maryland DC or West Virginia) to join two others on a hiking trip in bitterroot mountains Montana and sawtooth mountains Idaho and share expenses. All airbnbs booked. Dates June 18th to July 4 2023. Fly to Boise and rent a vehicle. Must be able to hike up to 10 miles a day at altitude.

The Sawtooths are beautiful, but late June is pretty early for hiking there. We backpacked to Sawtooth Lake over July 4 holiday a few years ago, and there was lots of snow left on the trails. The lake was still partially frozen. We had to be very careful about snow bridges over the creeks.
Maybe it will melt out earlier this year. Or maybe you can choose the lower elevation hikes.
