Europe in September?

Would like to hit up places like Italy, France, Greece, Switzerland or Germany and see some great sites and absorb the local culture. If you have been before, great! If not, that's fine too. Let me know if you are interested.

We have been to Italy in particular in September. The crowds were much less and the weather was perfectupper 70s and only an occasional afternoon shower. Greece without the summer heat is nice. London is wetter in the fall than in the summer but not frigid which suggests that Paris will be similar. Germany and France will be cooler than summer and wetter, but not really cold or sopping, just changeable. Switzerland may be getting chilly without having snowed yet. On the other hand, maybe you'll get to see the trees turn on the Alps. What a treat that would be. Wherever you go there will be fewer crowds than in the summer. In my mind September is the perfect month for Europe. May is next. Enjoy!

Hey. I'm Jessica a 20 year old college student studying in London this fall, I'm planning on travelling for about 10 days before my semester starts, Sept 5/6-15, I am thinking about Berlin, Prague, Budapest (but these places aren't definite). I really want to explore and experience the cities. Let me know if you are interested or have similar plans/ideas.
