Anyone else in Venice on July 2nd?

Hi - We are signed up to take the "bar" tour at 6 PM on July 2 with Alessandro, where we eat cicchetto at local bacari. It's recommended very highly in the RS Italy book. But he needs more people to run the tour that day! Anyone want to join us? We are a mother and 16-year-old daughter (who won't really be drinking during the tour but definitely getting a taste of the culture)!

We're also doing the "offbeat Venice" tour with him at 4 pm so you're welcome to sign up for that too!

I did both with Allessandro and loved them. We received the same email about more people on the day we booked which I believe he mentioned 6. When we showed on at the meeting point for his backlanes one there was around 12 people total and we had over 20 for the chichetti. That was on a Wednesday. I'd put the odds being good that on a Saturday there will be others who sign up with him.
