Happy New Year to all! 2018 has arrived with a wintery blast in Northeast Oklahoma. When I got up this morning it was 5 degrees. FIVE! Fahrenheit! For our international friends, that's -15 Celsius.
We need to warm up our spirits with another travel group meeting. We're back at our favorite Panera, which is better than ever after the recent repairs and remodeling. More open space, very welcoming.
So: Our next travel group meeting will be Saturday, January 20. We're meeting at Panera Bread at 41st and Hudson (that's 5601 E. 41st, between Yale and Sheridan) at 10:00 a.m.
No special plans for this month's meeting; we just love to get together and talk travel. Kim, Stan, and I will be there, and we're expecting Jesse, as well. And to all of you folks (you know who you are) who said you were too busy in December: it's January!
