I can't believe that May is already here. For many. May is the perfect month - it's warm but not hot yet, the March winds and April rains have backed off - well, a little. And for many of us, it's travel time!
A number of the core members of our group will actually be traveling this month, but we're still scheduling our meeting. So: our next travel group meeting will be Saturday, May 18, at Panera Bread at 41st and Hudson (that's 5601 E. 41st, between Yale and Sheridan), at 10:00 a.m. Long-time member Jesse is planning to be there; Karen should make it if she doesn't have to work, and we're hoping several other of our regulars drop by, as well. And newbies are always welcome! All topics are open for discussion, and all comers are welcome. It's an open forum - come join in the fun.
I'm going to ask Jesse and Karen to keep an eye on this thread. If neither of them can make it to the meeting, they can post a notice here in the comments. Or if they are coming, they can make it clear here, as well.
If you love to travel, or would like to travel, or are curious about travel, come join us. Anyone is welcome; you don't have to have been on a Rick Steves tour, or any tour at all. You'll recognize us by the RS books on the table, and the big smiles on our faces.
