Tulsa Area Travel Group Meeting, March 21, 2026

Well, February certainly went by quickly! Now we're ready to sit back a bit, relax and ... hmmm, what else might we want to do? How about getting together with interesting, affable people who love traveling, talking about travel, and dreaming about travel?

The next Tulsa Area Rick Steves Travel Group Meeting will be Saturday March 21, at the Panera Bread at 41st and Hudson in Tulsa (that's 5601 E. 41st, between Yale and Sheridan), at 9:30 a.m.

Most of our regulars should be available this month, so we're looking for a great exchange of stories, tips, and questions. We want to hear your stories, answer your questions (and ask our own!), see your photos and scrapbooks, and share your enthusiasm.

As always, all travel related topics are open for discussion, and all comers are welcome. It's an open forum - come join in the fun.

I know I always mention that you don't have to have been on a Rick Steves tour to join us, but I'd like to emphasize that. Chatting with a friend a couple of weeks ago, I realized that he (and doubtless others) thought that all we talked about was Rick Steves tours. Not even close! In fact, of the 10 or 12 people who come to our meetings most often, only 3 of us have taken any of Rick's tours! So please feel free to pop in the morning of the 21st, regardless of your travel background. Or lack of it.

If you love to travel, or would like to travel, or are curious about travel, come join us. Anyone is welcome; you don't have to have been on a Rick Steves tour, or any tour at all. You'll recognize us by the RS books on the table, and the big smiles on our faces.
