Tulsa Area Travel Group Meeting, February 21, 2026

Well, it's February, the month of Love. And what do we love? Travel, of course! And getting together with interesting, affable people who love traveling, talking about travel, and dreaming about travel.

The next Tulsa Area Rick Steves Travel Group Meeting will be Saturday February21, at the Panera Bread at 41st and Hudson in Tulsa (that's 5601 E. 41st, between Yale and Sheridan), at 9:30 a.m.

Our Antarctic traveler is home, and we can't wait to hear her stories. (An aside: while our friend was in the Antarctic, we were setting record low temps here in Northeast Oklahoma. Someone following D on Facebook asked what the temperature was there that day. Mid-30s. While we were enduring temps fluttering around 0 degrees. Fahrenheit!)

We love hearing each other's stories, asking questions, and offering our own hints and tips. Some of our stories are joyful, some are hilarious, and some are cautionary tales, but we love all of them. We want to hear your stories, answer your questions (and ask our own!), see your photos and scrapbooks, and share your enthusiasm.

As always, all travel related topics are open for discussion, and all comers are welcome. It's an open forum - come join in the fun.

If you love to travel, or would like to travel, or are curious about travel, come join us. Anyone is welcome; you don't have to have been on a Rick Steves tour, or any tour at all. You'll recognize us by the RS books on the table, and the big smiles on our faces.
