Good news! Our favorite meeting place has reopened, having done major repair work after our freaky (even for Oklahoma) August tornado. They reopened yesterday, but had a special day Monday when they opened only to all the first responders who aided them during and after the tornado. Nice!
So: Our next travel group meeting will be Saturday, December 16. We're meeting at Panera Bread at 41st and Hudson (that's 5601 E. 41st, between Yale and Sheridan) at 10:00 a.m.
No special plans for this month's meeting; we just love to get together and talk travel. Jesse is planning to come - she missed last month - and Kim, Stan, and I will be there. We're hoping some of our new friends can make it; we know this is a busy time of year, but we need our travel fix!
