Travel Meet Up In Sacramento- October 19

Join us if you love to talk about all things travel, are planning a trip, or maybe you have just returned from a trip. If you need help with planning a trip we have a group of well traveled people who are happy to help. Everyone is welcome.

We always meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. You will find us at the Panera Bread located at 3571 North Freeway Blvd, Sacramento. This is off I-80, using the Truxel Rd. exit.

Who's planning to come? We welcome everyone, but it's helpful to know who will be there. It gives us an idea of how many people we need to have seating for.

You can find us by looking for the Rick Steves books on the table.

Unfortunately, I won’t be there this month.

In light of that, perhaps the entire meeting should just be cancelled ;-)

Good point, Eileen -- but on the off-chance the meeting will still be on, we plan to be there. And in November and January (even though in January we will be adjusting to Pacific time zone.)

We hope to be there. Just settling in back here and need to do some family planning too. But Panera is on our calendar 🤞.

Wont be able to make it, going to visit my mom that weekend, but the start of my illustrious trip report has begun.

I won't be able to make it this month, but Jim will be there. I'm leaving tomorrow morning to accompany my uncle to Germany, in order to visit his children and grandchildren. Wish me luck! I will be having a travel meeting of sorts while in Germany. I'm meeting up with Nigel and his lovely wife, Carol. I was lucky enough to see them last year when I went to Paris. I wish I could figure out a way to see Ms. Jo too.

Missing this month's gathering due to a golf tournament. If you ever saw me play golf, you'd know that I should be at Panera instead. :)

We'll be there and my friend, Karen, will also be attending. She is planning a trip to Italy, so all you knowledgable people can help her out!

I hope you all have a great meeting. I'm having my own travel meeting here. Nigel and his wife, Carol, came to Germany to see me. I actually unexpectedly ran into them yesterday when we ended up going to the same place. We are spending the day together today. We will try to FaceTime into the meeting so you can all say hello to Nigel. 😀
