Oh goodness! We recently dealt with some airline hassles that hopefully (knocking on my head) are taken care of!
And I really want to see the rest of Karen's Italy pictures. I might be awake but I'm dreaming of Italy. :)

I'm bringing visual aids including a map of London with the Underground system and three, yes three, United Airlines itineraries to demonstrate my freak-out day when United changed our itinerary without telling us.
