I will be there on the 14th. Looking forward to meeting everyone. I will have all of the loose ends for my May solo trip to Italy tied up by then and happy to share what I'm doing....and I'm open to ideas or suggestions from anyone who has done this.

I can attend either today or next Saturday. However, given the weather, you all from farther away (Lafayette, Tangipahoa, etc.) should really make the call, as y'all are the ones who would be driving in the mess. Just let us know. Be safe!

I am ok with cancelling but I have plans for next weekend.
It looks like it will be cleared out by 2. So as of now it is still a go for me until I hear otherwise.

My understanding is that Jane, Jim and Jason can attend today and that Jason is tied up next week. Why don't the three of you go ahead. It seems the weather will be letting up about 2, but getting bad again about 6, so I may have to pass on today's meeting. With future meetings, I am tied up the first two Saturdays in May, but otherwise am free. Enjoy the meeting.

Folks, it's really started to pour here, around noon. In my neighborhood (uptown New Orleans) we experience a lot of street flooding with this kind of downpour. I may need to not drive out to Metairie, if this persists (as it looks like it's going to). If I don't make it, please post when next meeting is scheduled... Thank you!

We're getting hit pretty hard in Slidell right now but they expect most of the storms to be through here within 30-45 minutes and we will only have light rain. As long as I can get out of my neighborhood I plan to leave here about 1:15 to head into the city. By then the south shore should be cleared out and hopefully everyone can attend.

OK guys. It seems that the weather is not cooperating.
I think it is best that we cancel for today and reschedule for a later day. If you guys choose to meet next week, that is ok by me. It is even possible that I can make it but it is not definite at this point.

I received an email from Jason saying he cannot meet this Saturday but that the two of you might want to. If you do please let me know. I am working as a volunteer at the Zurich Classic the following week and would not be able to attend on the 28th. Thanks.
