A weekend or after 3:30 on weekdays is best for me. I am still working remotely.

LA/OC had a Zoom meeting last Sunday and it worked out quite well. We decided on a few topics to discuss so each person can have a turn to speak but of course, the conversation veered to quite a few other topics as usual. We plan to do it again in a couple of months unless we can all meet in person by then.

I can set up a Zoom meeting for 4 p.m. on Saturday. How would that be?

Meetings with more than three people are limited to 40 minute duration though.

Normally it's prudent to make it password protected, otherwise you risk being Zoombombed. i.e. unwelcome visitors. Hooligans and attackers can enter meetings. Of course those same people could also get the password off this board, but this does offer some measure of protection.

To improve security, Zoom has made the "waiting room" option automatic -- the meeting host has to approve everyone entering the meeting from the waiting room. Post the date and time on this forum and ask everyone to PM or email the host for meeting details.

When we held our first group Zoom meeting, about 20 minutes into it a popup informed us that the 40 minute time limit had been lifted.
