Sept. 9: North Idaho/Spokane Travel Group

Our group decided during our last meeting to switch to the second Saturday for September because of the Labor Day weekend.

Our next meeting will be Saturday, September 9. If you live in the area or are visiting for the day, welcome!

Meet at our usual spot at 10am - Woops! French Bakery, 119 N 4th St, in downtown Coeur d'Alene.
We’ve enjoyed having new attendees our last two months! If you’re also new to the area, feel free to join us! We have travelers going to Scotland, England, Ireland, Morocco, Turkey, France & Italy.

Additional topic: since our options are limited flying out of Spokane, which airlines or flights do you usually choose and/or avoid?

Yea! I will be there! I'll be happy to share my wonderful experience with a tour to Orkney and Shetland as well as using the Timeshifter App for combating jet lag!

See you next Saturday!

I haven't gone yet, but I have a show and tell item and also a dilemma question. I'm definitely interested in the timeshifter app (I keep wanting to call it shapeshifter - too many Harry Potter movies).

Well, fortunately even with the amount of fish and chips and whisky I consumed I did not shapeshift.....

I always like show and tell!

AND dilemmas!!

I’ve added a new trip to my calendar since we met last month. Reservations & plane tickets are purchased for Spain! : )

I need some of that “shape shifting” before my next trip - LOL!

When I first got my schedule on the Timeshifter app I screen shot and printed out the daily schedules. I think I will try to remember to bring those pages for people to look at so you can see how things are laid out. I've got them set aside...just need to remember, lol!!

So far there’s five of us planning to be there. I should be there early tomorrow morning to secure the middle table for us.
