I'll be in the resort lobby 15 minutes before carrying a Rick Steve's Europe Planning Map. (For any of you who haven't met me yet.)

Right, Jean reminded folks to book the cruise. My tickets say 2:30. I can't remember if the site said 2 when I booked a few months back. ??

Yes, you’re correct about the cruise beginning at 2:30pm & boarding starts at 2pm. I was going from memory (flying home from Ireland today.)
