Monterrey is expecting a lot of income from FIFA attendees in June, so they are sprucing the place up in anticipation, and also downplaying any ongoing difficulties with non-governmental actors of disrepute. There is an art installation with a remark that said ~this isn't a country, it's a business~

The weather looks to be a perfect 70F, so we will be outdoors in our Concord location.
