Sacramento Travel Group Meeting-Saturday June 18 @ 10:00am

Do you like to talk about travel? Are you dreaming of a trip or planning one? Maybe you're just obsessed with traveling? Come join us!

We meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Location:
Panera Bread, 3571 North Freeway Blvd, Sacramento. This is off I-80, using the Truxel Rd. exit.

Anyone wanting to attend is welcome. If you need help planning a trip, we have a well traveled group of people who are happy to give advice.

Who plans to come? I would appreciate it if you let me know if you will be there. It gives me an idea of how many people we need to have seating for. If this is your first time, you can find us by looking for the Rick Steves books on the table.

One chair, please, but need to bolt around 11:30a with a niece's Graduation Party in east bay that afternoon.

Our chances of being there aren’t looking too good. If furniture gets delivered before 10, we don’t return our pup we’re sitting with until later and our youngest son doesn’t come out that day…you get the picture. Life got complicated but if layers of this complex day fall away, we’ll be there! Otherwise we’ll see you in August when we return from our UK trip.

Both of you clearly do not have your priorities straight. The 3rd Saturday of each month should be reserved for the meeting. The only acceptable reason to miss the meeting is if you have to work or are traveling. Possibly family emergencies. Some illnesses would also qualify. 😉 I hope to see you next Saturday.

Haha we did some shuffling and some people shuffled us so we will be able to come to the meeting for a little while, Matt timeframe.

Yes, we do have a great group. Sadly a bit smaller than it was before Covid and the recent loss of two of our original members, not to mention health issues with others. Once we get back in our pre-Covid groove things will hopefully get back to how it used to be.
