Sacramento Travel Group Meeting - Saturday 1/20 @ 10 a.m.

It's that time again to meet with fellow travelers to talk about --- travel!

As always, we meet the 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:00 a.m.

Location - Panera Bread, 3571 North Freeway Blvd, Sacramento. This is off I-80, using the Truxel Rd. exit.

Everyone who wants to discuss their upcoming trips, reminisce about past trips, or just hang out and talk about travel is welcome.

Who's planning to be there? Everyone is welcome, but it's good to let us know. It gives us an idea of how many people we need to have seating for.

If it's your first time, look for the Rick Steves books on the table.

Hi Andrea, and Happy New Year!

Regrettably missing this month's get together, with family in (SF) from out of town. Have lots of pictures from Florence to bore everyone with at next month's occasion. :) See you then!

Hey Sacramento Group, Sorry to say I can't make it, again. Not even sure when I'll be able to make it down this year but I'm always hopeful.

Matt, I can't wait for you to bore me with those pictures! I'm surprised you returned home ;-) The same goes for Lauri and Ed :-)

We have a family project in San Jose on Saturday so we won't be able to come this weekend. Hoping to catch up with you in February. BTW, we managed to go to the San Francisco meeting last Saturday knowing that we couldn't be at the Sacramento meeting this week. Talk about a travel addiction!

Not sure yet if I'll make it, since I went to a finance/investment meeting last Saturday. Can only absorb so many Saturday morning meetings per month.

Unfortunately, we are occupied with taking care dear old dad. After that terrible flu and then pneumonia he is still recovering. Thankfully, he is out of the hospital but now in "rehab" or a nice way of saying a nursing home. No fun! So, as much as we'd love to be with you all, dad needs company and an advocate. Hope to be there next month. Have fun....at least as much as you can without us!! :-)

Oh, Susan, I'm sorry to read this about your Dad. I'm sending my best wishes for his returning health.
And I can't make the meeting this weekend either, but I look forward to catching up with all of you this spring.

Susan, your dad is in our thoughts and we hope he feels better soon.

I still need someone to arrive early to set the tables up, since I won't be there. Anyone?
