Sacramento Area Travel Group Meeting - May 18

Once again it’s time for another travel meeting. They are always held on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:00 a.m. Have you just returned from a trip, are going on a trip, just planning a trip? Maybe you just like to talk and dream about travel? We would love to see you.

Location:
Panera Bread
3571 North Freeway Blvd, Sacramento
This is off I-80, using the Truxel Rd. exit

We welcome everyone. I would appreciate it if you could reply to this post or otherwise let me know that you will be there because it gives us an idea of how many people we need to have seating for. You can locate us by looking for the Rick Steves books on the table.

Mona, we also drove home from LA today. I doubt you left as early as we did. We were home before 11:30 this morning because we wanted to avoid the morning traffic.

See you Saturday!

Greetings from Annecy. We'll be regrettably (well, not so much) absent Saturday when tour hits its' eleventh hour in Nice. Look forward to seeing everyone when we get back!

Matt, we are going to spend about 3 weeks near Annecy this summer. Please take notes for us! Enjoy!

Thanks, Andrea! : )

@Mona, found Annecy one of the most charming towns along our itinerary. You'll especially like Tuesdays when the food market takes over Old Town. Glad to pull up a chair the next time you, Dave and I get together. Best wishes to Sac Travel Group, we'll be at tour's final dinner (19:00) just as things get going at Panera this Saturday.

Matt, I will also want to hear all about Annecy. We were going to go this year until it became too complicated with logistics. Unfortunately we decided to cancel the first 2+ weeks of our trip, but the good news is that we will add the cancelled portion of the trip to our trip next year and start off in Annecy.
