Portland Oregon Travel Group meeting Aug 15th

That was a fun atmosphere last month. The lovely Sara with an H & I will not be attending this month I'm afraid. We have some traveling to do. We will be in Victoria for a wedding. Do you think we will have trouble getting back into the US of A? Should I take a burner phone so the guvmint doesn't learn about our regular meet ups where we pass Intel on secret spots in far away lands? What should I bring back from our friends in the 51st State?

We will be in Victoria for a wedding. Do you think we will have trouble getting back into the US of A?

Went to Vancouver BC for a funeral in Jan., and had no issue either way.

Entering Canada, the questions focused more on what 'gifts' we were bringing, than anything else.

Entering the US it was just a matter of handing the passport cards to the agent, his scanning them and handing them back when the computer gave the happy ding.

Jan and I have family visiting and will be going up to Mt. Tabor (right next door to us) for the annual Soapbox Derby with our visitors, so we will see you in September.

I thought about pushing Jan down the hill in a homemade car. ;)
