Do you always meet at the same time every month, like the 2nd Saturday? Or do you change it up? I suspect we will be in your neck of the woods the weekend of May 14 and would be interested in joining if there was a meeting then. We already know two people in your group.

We tried to make it the same every month. We have been changing it up to accommodate people traveling. Either just coming or just leaving. We are leaving the day after our meeting this month. Remind us the month before & we can try to switch up so it's good for you!

Thanks Mark. I know for our Sacramento meetings, beginning July 2010, we always meet the 3rd Saturday of the month. Trying to accommodate our group’s various schedules doesn’t work, so we just stay consistent. It probably easier to be flexible with a small group. I hope it can be worked out for us to attend.
