A planning meeting at a local HOA clubhouse instead for a group trip next year

we'll be back to Panera Bread next month

unfortunately the lovely Sara with an H & myself will miss. Keep us updated on the email chain

West is best! I should just call it Stumptown meeting. This is my 2nd time I've left out the West Coast Portland. We should have an exchange visit
