Just got home from a very successful meeting at Figaro Bistrot with a total of 9 members attending! I wanted to post our next one as I am off on my GAS tour (first RS tour for me, very excited!) shortly. Our next meeting place will be at the Hangar in Long Beach. It is a new food hall built on what used to be the old Boeing factory site by Long Beach airport. There will be lots of food choices plus the excellent Portola Coffee and a great brewery on site. We're meeting Sunday, Nov 3 at 11 am. There's lots of free parking and shopping nearby. We have members as far north as Santa Clarita, as far west as West LA and as far south as Huntington Beach all willing to make the long drive on a weekend to meet and talk travel. We chatted for about 3 1/2 hours at today's meeting while eating some delicious French goodies and some members even enjoyed their Aperol spritzes. Please come and join us!
