New (revised) date for March DC Meetup - Sunday, March 19

Please join us at our next RS Travel Meet-up on Sunday, March 19 at 10 am at Teaism in Penn Quarter, 400 8th Street NW. We will meet downstairs, where most of the seating is. As usual, we'll have a blue-and-yellow Rick Steves guide on the table.

(PS. We were originally set to meet a week prior, but I received notice there is a St. Patty's parade going in in DC at that time, making driving in difficult for a few of us coming from VA).

Hi! I'm GrizzlyBearMom1 from DC. I'm in the process of planning my 500th anniversary of the reformation/Nazi/Cold War tour of German for late summer and will post for input as soon as I "finalize" my itinerary. What is normally done at these meetings? Regardless, I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

There is no set agenda for our meet ups because we're still a rather new group, and rather informal...we just have an open-ended free-flowing dialogue focused on travel. We hope to meet you on Sunday!
