Minnesota Twin Cities Travel Group

I read this too quickly and thought there was a travel group for the Minnesota Twins!! Whoops!

As far as I know, there is none. I would be interested in starting one if we can find some people who would participate.
I've been on 8 Rick Steves tours, with plans for some more.

I guess we have 3 so far. I've never been on a RS tour, but have been going to Europe yearly for the last six years and have traveled around the U.S. quite a bit too. For Europe, RS is my primary source of information.

I live in Minneapolis, have gone on 3 RS tours, and would be interested.

OK, I'm south suburbs. Any suggestions of geographic area/place to meet and time of day? I'm pretty close to most areas except west and north suburbs. When would like to start?

I'm in the southwest suburbs. Retired, so generally flexible as to day and time.
I wonder when/where groups in other cities meet. I think I've seen notice for a weekend meeting at a Panera Bread in Denver.

Sounds like at least three of us live south suburbs. How about the new Panera at 494 & Lyndale? I'm also retired and somewhat flexible on timing. How about a Saturday morning at 9:30 or so...? Or a weekday evening...?

In general, weekday evenings are best for me

Good location for me. Although despite saying I'm "flexible", some other plans mean I won't actually be available until July 17th or later.

Also, I think some of the other groups have the leader/organizer bring a Rick Steves guidebook as a familiar beacon for the others to see.
