Unfortunately, I'm a probably/maybe. I have a 10 a.m. appointment that should conclude around 11:30 a.m. Fortunately, it's on the same side of town, so I plan to stop by after my appointment.

I was the only one who showed up. After a bagel and a couple of cups of coffee, I left at around 11 AM.
