Once again it looks like I'm a little late with the announcement. The Denver travel group is scheduled to meet this Saturday, August 21, at the Panera at Aspen Grove, next to the light rail station at Sante Fe and Mineral. I'm leaving that morning for Alamosa, so I don't know if I will be able to stop by when the group is meeting, but I will try to make a brief appearance (it's on my way).

Several of us are thinking of going to Golden Europe Restaurant for lunch afterward. It's at 66th and Wadsworth, 35-45 minutes from Panera. Czech, German, and Polish food. Well worth the trip. They will be reopening on Thursday after their summer break. We'll need to make a reservation for 5 or more, so let me know before Friday if you want to come. I'll call on Friday to make the reservation.

Darn it, I would really like to make this month's meeting and try that restaurant! I have two back-to-back appointments on Saturday that I cannot reschedule at this point. Hope to see all of you in September.
