Coeur d'Alene/Spokane Travel Group April 1 with an April Fool Day assignment!

Our next meeting will be Saturday, April 1. If you live in the area or are visiting for the day, welcome!

Meet at our usual spot at 10am - Woops! French Bakery, 119 N 4th St, in downtown Coeur d'Alene.

AN ASSIGNMENT: I think it’s the perfect topic for April Fools Day that we each share a humorous incident that happened during our travels in Europe! Maybe there will be a prize for the funniest “lesson learned” ……since we all need more travel gadgets - LOL!

Count me in Jean! Aimee messaged me a few days ago and she was headed to Utah to hike so will be gone.

Mardee, you’re going to cost us all $$ because I hear you talk Pam into purchases! LOL!

Hmm… it’s only a 5 hour drive from where I’m staying. Would I be able to get back in time to host the International Travel Group Meeting the next day? I don’t think so, but maybe some day.

Mardee is indeed an First Class enabler. She never says "buy this"...she just says..."Look what I got", lolol!!! And yes, it does not take much.

However, I just ordered a couple more things off Amazon due the influence of vlogs Travel Tips from Laurie and Theory of Simple. I need to stay away from those blogs!

Ooh, Pam bring your new purchases this Saturday for a “show & tell”!

I also ordered a new backpack - finally hit the “purchase” button! I just wasn’t feeling great about having my G4Free main backpack with the top-load design for a whole month of travel, even if it’s just one pound. The top-load can be a small irritating feature when I’m just tent camping with it. But, I’m ready to get rid of the wheels.

Giving this one a bump up the list. I found a useful gift at TJ Maxx today for the funniest “lesson learned” shared this Saturday.

Pam, I should have purchased a gift card instead of the gift! Then you would have an extra reason to stop in TJ Maxx! ; )
