It looks like WOW Air (Iceland based low cost) will be flying out of SFO to KEF (and from there to several European cities).
Anybody here would like to share their experience traveling with them?

I flew with them when I went to Iceland and I had no problems, great prices and service :)
I took WOW to iceland in Sept . I sprung for business class which turned out to be a bad decision. I pd alot for very little. Stick with economy and it should be fine.
I haven't flown with them, but a search here will turn up some reports.
The only real "issues" people have mentioned are that they are a budget airline, so they charge for seat selection, checking a bag, food, etc. As long as you're prepared, not a problem. A more serious issue is the current overcrowding at Keflavik airport, which simply wasn't built with the capacity it now has to handle since WOW and Icelandic are expanding their North American services so quickly.
I flew them last July Paris to Chicago. It seem to me the space economy is pretty good the equivalent of United Premium Economy for example. You pay to carry on a your bag and to check a bag. You bring your own food and your own entertainment. There are plugs underneath the seat. I would describe the service as brisk and lean. Based on my first experience and the cost I am flying them again next month Chicago to Paris.
Flew them in June of 2016 from FCO to Iceland and the cost was €100 for each of us including seat selection and baggage-and would fly them again with no problem. Seriously looking t them for an April trip to Germany for CEMAT 2018 Logistics event.
In regard to Harold's post, he's right on- the airport in Iceland is pretty choatic and can be disconcerting to for someone who doesn't fly often. Prior to using WOW, flew with Icelandic and landed and couldn't see how I could get through PPC and make my connection to AMS, when a calm voice over the system said, " relax all of you will make your connection," and we did-everything was held for everyone.
