Was checking on my Wizzair flight for Sept. 2nd from Frankfurt (lv 5 pm) to Budapest. They changed the flight to leaving from Dortmund (at 8:40 am) to Budapest. I have the option to accept, change or cancel the flight. I want to cancel and receive a refund but it only give me credit with them. It said to read point 3 in the email I received (never did) to see how to have the refund back to my credit card. They don't have a number in the US and I can't make overseas calls. They don't have email either.
Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it?
