Wizzair help

Was checking on my Wizzair flight for Sept. 2nd from Frankfurt (lv 5 pm) to Budapest. They changed the flight to leaving from Dortmund (at 8:40 am) to Budapest. I have the option to accept, change or cancel the flight. I want to cancel and receive a refund but it only give me credit with them. It said to read point 3 in the email I received (never did) to see how to have the refund back to my credit card. They don't have a number in the US and I can't make overseas calls. They don't have email either.

Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it?

Thanks Eric. Says it can take up to 30 days to receive a reply but it's all I can do for now.

If you purchased with a credit then just dispute the charge with your credit card company. No problem.

If you purchased with a credit then just dispute the charge with your
credit card company. No problem.

For your own sake, please don't do this. Forbes article on the appropriate (and legal) use of charge backs: https://www.forbes.com/sites/clairetsosie/2017/03/16/when-you-should-and-shouldnt-dispute-a-credit-card-purchase/#6f002932e397
From the article:

Here are a few examples of illegitimate chargebacks that might
surprise you:

You’re dissatisfied with a purchase but haven’t talked to the merchant
yet. “I would urge consumers to take five minutes of their time, reach
out and give the merchant the opportunity to resolve the transaction,”
Eaton-Cardone says. If you don’t, a merchant could successfully
dispute your chargeback.

The Fair Credit Billing Act (which governs charge backs) requires the consumer to make a good-faith effort to resolve a problem with a merchant before disputing the charge.

A recent thread from someone who used the "dispute" strategy as first course of action and lost the dispute:

Tim: Don't think that would do any good as they offered other flights or a refund. I just don't want the refund to go into Wizz account.

Dave: I followed Eric's advice and emailed them. Received an auto-reply that I will hear back within 30 days.

Just an update. Wizzair is going to refund full price plus 20% back to my credit card. They said that if I had incurred any cost due to the change (hotel, meals ect.), they would also reimburse me for those too.
