Does anyone have a way to reach a real person at Wizz Air? I've tried their customer non-service number and the "live" chat. Both just repeat canned messages over and over no matter what I press or ask.
My issue is trying to join their "Italy Discount Club", all properly documented on their website but not available ever to purchase. There is no documentation about how you qualify for this (cheaper) membership. I presumed it was with an address/residency in Italy, which I have, but I think they may be checking my passport information instead (not Italian). But nowhere does it say what you need to qualify for it. So I would like to ask a human, but that is apparently not possible.
Suggestions?
