Wireless internet on Dutch Rail

I ran across this item on a Dutch-language news site:

According to the article, you can now enjoy free wireless internet service on Nederlands Spoorwegen (Dutch Rail), although high bandwidth applications like Youtube are blocked. The article doesn't indicate if this is system-wide or only on selected trains.

No Video streaming! That hurts! Last June on the Thalys from Paris to Amsterdam, I was able watch the season finale of "Lost" via my Sligbox and the on-board wifi. Problem was the internet connection is satellite based, so whenever the train entered an underground station, satellite connection was broken, and no wifi, and no smoke monster;)
