I purchased TGV tickets for my wife and son on the Spanish TGV website and had them sent to my son in Spain. Trouble is, the reference surname on the tickets is mine, which is different than theirs...and I won't be traveling with them. Does anyone know if this will be a problem for them?
Why did this happen? Any english-language country requests for TGV tickets are now routed through raileurope.com at a very significant price premium. Rick's guidebook suggestion to just not use USA or GB as your country of origin on tgv.com in order to save money no longer works. I didn't translate the Spanish correctly.
