You can get Salzburg to Munich online from the German Rail (Bahn) website. You can also do it for €21 (single) or €29 (2-5P) with a Bayern-Ticket. There is no need or point to buying the Bayern-Ticket online in advance. It is always available from ticket automats at the same price. For Munich to Switzerland, you can get Europa-Special tickets online from the Bahn starting at €39/p. These tickets can be to anywhere in Switzerland as long as the route uses express trains (eg, IC). Depending on your route and choice of trains, you can get tickets from Prague to Salzburg online from Austrian Rail (www.oebb.at). I did not see connections to Salzburg that had discount fares. Because Salzburg is a border station for the Bahn, you can get online tickets (even discount tickets) from the Bahn for routes through Germany. Inputting Prague hl.n. to Salzburg will display routes via the Bahn InterCity bus from Prague to Munich or Nürnberg and Bahn trains from there. If you play with the stopover function, you can get all regional connections via Pilsen and Furth im Wald. For these connections you could use a Czech Rail ticket to Furth for about €10/P (in Kc) and a Bayern-Ticket from there to Salzburg. I let someone else advise you on Switzerland to Brugge.
