Which Ticket Counter?

This may be a dumb question, but I don't recall ever having this situation. I booked our Europe trip thru Air Canada, flying into Berlin, flying out of Dublin. We fly Aer Lingus from Dublin to Heathrow. When checking in on our way home, do we go to the Aer Lingus ticket counter or Air Canada's. thanks
