I plan to travel inside the Czech Republic this Sept. I want to go from Prague to Litomerice then to Uhrsky Brod then from Uhrsky Brod to Prague. Which would be better to use, train or bus?

In this case travel time is pretty similar for bus and train. I would opt for train. More comfortable. There are few direct trains Prague-Uhersky Brod and back.They don't end in UB but they continue to Luhacovice. There are also few direct buses from UB to Prague and vice versa. Prague- Litomerice you have to change once. Bus would be direct. You can find your train schedule on Deutsche Bahn website.
