Hi, Can we purchase Swiss Pass in Switzerland? My first stop would be the Spiez station. Hope someone could advise me. Thanks rgds

Yes, you can purchase a Swiss Pass at the Spiez station.
At the Spiez station, in addition to buying a Swiss pass, you can also run around to the backside and withdraw Swiss Francs from the ATM (at least there used to be one there as we used it). Spiez is not a large station.
Thank you all :-) By the way, i don't think my country's atm linked to Switzerland's. Anyway, how about money changer, is it easy accessible in the station? Do Interlaken and Lucerne area (stations / shops / restaurant / small bakeries ) accept euro?
No money changers. No Euros. Switzerland's currency is the Swiss Franc, abbreviated CHF. Why don't you get the Swiss Pass before you arrive and use it from the border?
There are money changers at Spiez, Interlaken West, and the Luzern train stations: http://tinyurl.com/7v6rpb3 http://tinyurl.com/7h7teyh http://tinyurl.com/ckazwyh Some tourist attractions will accept Euros, but they will give you a lousy rate, and any change due will be in Swiss Francs.
Hello Nigel, Yup i did not buy it earlier as the total delivery cost around 70chf to Malaysia. Thats quite pricy for me :-(
Thanks Michael. Swiss Franc are quite hard to find in Malaysia and if they have it, the rate is outrageous. Since both you and Nigel commented on Euro, i'll guess i better change them. Another question, does station accept credit card? rgds

Credit cards are accepted everywhere. Even at the gift shops on top of the mountain peaks;)
Clearly there are facilities for currency exchange, my apologies - I certainly never saw such an installation. I wonder if it is at the ticket window? What I don't know and somebody more recently to Spiez may know, are the building works complete on the station or are the ticket windows still in the shed down the road near the entry to the car park?
