What's going on?

Working our way to Cinque Terre from Nice on August 12, 2008.

We would like to spend a few hours in Monte Carlo (say from 10 am to 2 pm), but only the www.bahn site shows a train that departs Monte Carlo at 14:00 (arrives in La Spezia at 19:20), but www.trenitalia.com does NOT show the same train at all.

Who do I believe?

As noted many many times in this forum, schedules that far out haven't been loaded yet. Check back within 30 days of travel OR enter a date just a few days away to see the schedule.

Thanks David, I thought 2 months or so would be close enough. We'll check back periodically or just skip the day trip.
