We will arrive at madrid airpot 2 pm. and stay at Ganivet hotel for 3 days. Our itinerary is Day 1: in centro Day 2: Toledo Day 3: sogovia Day4 : more attraction in Madrid and go to sevilla in the afternoon Day 5 : Sevilla Granada Day 6: granada Sevilla Day 7 : sevilla to cordoba and return Please help recommend the suitable transportation start from. I have read more and get more confuse about what card I have to buy to save cost.

Not sure you need any card. The cheapest probably will be buy discount ticket 62 days in advance if you are absolutely certain of your schedule. You have way too much planned for seven days. Personally I would not do Sogovia but save it for another trip and even drop Toledo. If going to Granada for the Alhambra you should spend the two nights. The Alhambra can take nearly a full day. From Madrid do an early morning run to Cordoba, spend most of the day, and then go to Sevilla. Do you notice on your proposed schedule that you are in Madrid for three night but done for two days and same for Sevilla -- When in Madrid -- see Madrid and when in Sevilla -- see Sevilla.
