For some reason I've been getting thrown FB reels from Captain Bob for the last 6 months or so and he's pretty interesting with his flights repositioning aircraft all over the world. He might travel more than you do, Frank, lol!

Anyway, he's one of the owners of Nomadic Air which is doing the repo flights for the Spirit planes to AZ. Glad to know they immediately hired some of the Spirit pilots as well.

Thanks for the link, Frank II. I found the video so interesting and sad. My Dad worked at a very small station for Capital Airlines which became United at some point. It was a family. Lot of employee picnics in the summer, an outing to the local drag races, poker games, practical jokes (some of which would be absolutely unthinkable today). My Dad worked so many positions I would be hard pressed to name them all. I worked in the office on college breaks, working mostly with travel agents. I loved that job. My husband worked in aviation. I did too for a few years. It's in my blood. We attend AirVenture in Oshkosh camping in our little travel trailer, arriving before it starts and leaving a couple days after it ends. I enjoyed watching the video as it brought back so many goo memories.
