Besides RailEurope, are there other websites to make TGV reservations ? One of my route is Paris -Marseille. Bahn.de seems to not allow reservations on trains with international
connections: Marseille - Interlaken, Interlaken - Frankfurt. Any suggestions for these. Our travel do follow a tight schedule, reservations will hopefully avoid much lull time at the train stations.

You certainly will not be able to book online from the Bahn a connection that is entirely outside of Germany (i.e., Marseilles to Interlaken). Howevery, you usually can book a connection with one segment having an end in Germany and multiple segment in Germany. In fact, I think I have found that multiple connections entirely in Switzerland can be booked as long as one end is in Germany and the Swiss segments are entirely express trains. Right off, I found a direct ICE from Interlaken Ost to Frankfurt with discount fares for advance purchase. There are also some connections with IC in Switzerland, from Interlaken Ost to Basel, and then an ICE from Basel to Frankfurt, also bookable online from the Bahn.

I will buy a Eurail Select Pass, how do I make reservations on Bahn without purchasing a ticket with them. When I enter to make reservation and I did not purchase a ticket with them, Bahn would not let me proceed.

On your other thread I suggested that you buy your seat reservations from Euraide if you decide to buy passes rather than point-to-point tickets. They will sell you all the reservations you want for all the trains you want at in-Europe prices for one handling fee.
