WCs on Swiss Regional Trains?

Okay, let's see if I can get this one not eliminated.

This spring we will be taking the local version of the Bernina Express, from Zurich through to Tirano, and then on to Varenna. I need to know in advance whether the Swiss local train cars have a WC somewhere on them. Reason? I take a daily diuretic because of my cardiac amyloidosis, which means I have to allow upwards of 4 hours after where I need repeated "access." I have some flexibility during the day as to when I can take it, although 3 hours before sleep is not an option. So I need to know how best to account for this need that day, and the surrounding two days, hence the info on the trains. This is not an answer I have been able to find yet, and taking the trip on the fancy actual BE is not an option.

The great majority of SBB trains have WCs. Small local trains may only have one, in the "accessibility " car. The SBB app should show toilet availability.

The trains used on that route all have toilets. However modern trains may not have a toilet in each car. There are usually signs pointing to where the toilets are.

Incontinence underwear is your friend in uncertain circumstances - removes some anxiety!

on most trains there is a sign near the corridor in most carriages indication if the toilet is vacant or occupied. I don't think this will be an issue for you. Have a great ride.

As Lin C said, incontinence underwear works very well for this. If you also use an absorbent pad, the pads can be changed very easily and quickly. Enjoy your trip!

Thank you all for the quick answers. FWIW, incontinence with this drug is not the issue, only the need to plan on being able to get to a toilet frequently over the course of 3 hours or so beginning 30-40 minutes after I take it. I do some intricate planning ahead for when I take my daily dose. With the damage to my heart having decreased my blood output I must use this to prevent fluid build-up in my body, particularly legs and lungs. When diagnosed I was close to 15 pounds over my normal weight, which I had attributed to other factors in my life at that point
