I 've used it to buy a ticket for the train from Gartwick Airport to London. I cannot recommend it and would not use it again. You have to poay and receive a confirmation where it is said that you should receive an e-voucher in order to get your ticket. The e-voucher was never sent to me. I tried to get a refund but the Visit Britain Shop claimed that they've sent it and thus, I had no claim for a refund. I feel tricked and lost my money. Better buy your ticket at Gatwick Airport even if you have to stand in line. Don't use the Visit Britain Shop.

No, it didn't. As I am avery busy person I expect the service of the ticket provider to function properly and not that I would have to follow up every hour especially when it was said that the evoucher would be send "within the next days" . I cannot recommend this service and would never use it again. I'd rather stand in line at Gatwick Airport in order to charge my Oyster card because I know that I would then get a ticket for sure!
