I am going to purchase my train tickets online to several different destinations in the UK through Virgin Train website. They give the option of picking tickets up at the Fast Ticket machines at the station, however, when I place my order I have to say which one I will pick them up at. If I change my mind and pick up at another station, can I do so, I must I go to where I originally stated? Thanks for your help!

I had the same question last year. I e-mailed them, and was told that you can pick them up at any station that has these machines.
We picked ours up at a station other than the one we had named, and there was no problem whatsoever.

Of course, this will have to be a station on Virgin's list, since Britain has so many railway operators. (In other countries, where most trains are operated by the government, you can pick up tickets in more stations.)

just curious as to why you chose Virgin train?
when i bought my train tickets i used the whatevername..coast.com and then use the ticket machines. no restrictions on which station either.

Ray, I chose Virgin just because it was recommended by Man in seat 61 site that everyone raves about. I can by all my tickets,even using other carriers through virgin at no additional charge, kind of a one stop shopping idea.
