Is anyone else having issues with Virgin Atlantic's web site? I'm not trying to purchase a ticket, just check on my points, etc., and for the last couple of weeks, when I try to log in, I get this message: We're sorry, we can't process this right now. Please try again later ERRORMSG21
I wonder if I'm doing something wrong--like did they decide everyone needs to change their password or something? Because how can it be down for weeks?
