Virgin Atlantic web site issues?

Is anyone else having issues with Virgin Atlantic's web site? I'm not trying to purchase a ticket, just check on my points, etc., and for the last couple of weeks, when I try to log in, I get this message: We're sorry, we can't process this right now. Please try again later ERRORMSG21

I wonder if I'm doing something wrong--like did they decide everyone needs to change their password or something? Because how can it be down for weeks?

I am currently having the same issues with Virgin Atlantic's website and app. I have tried a Mac and PC. I have tried multiple browsers. I have searched this issue, "ERRORMSG21" and there are many other people with the same problem. I called VA last night and was told my problem was being turned over to Technical Support and I would receive an email once the problem was fixed. I am currently still waiting. Have you had any luck?

Eventually, I used Chrome, and I was able to log on and check my points. Sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Its 8:21pm PST and i just logged into my Virgin Atlantic account on my iPhone. Was immediate, no glitches. Safari is my search engine.

I messaged with a VA rep and after explaining my situation he started, “ We've recently updated our systems which may be causing the problems you're experiencing, as I can see nothing wrong with your account. I've sent you a password reset email. If you could try it again and let me know if it works please? ^David” Unfortunately, I did not receive the email. After I notified him that I didn't receive the email he replied, “ I'm sorry that you didn't receive it. It appears we are experiencing some issues with our password reset emails at the moment. It has been reported and we will get it resolved as quickly as possible. It appears that this and the issues you've experienced are a result of our recent system changes. Please be assured that we are working to resolve them as swiftly as possible. In the meantime, was there something specific you wanted to know or do with your account that I can help you with? ^David” Now I sit and wait.
