Virgin Atlantic Premium vs. Upper Class?

Anybody out there who has flown both Premium and Upper Class on Virgin Atlantic? Specifically, on an overnight flight?
I've never flown Premium but have done 2x in Upper Class, which I paid for with points + cash. I've just started looking for a one-way Upper Class flight to London in late May, returning 10 days later in Economy (which is fine during the day). There's a 40% bonus transfer deal going on right now until the end of November so I want to take advantage of that. Last year I did 98K points + $475 for Upper Class overnight + Econ. daytime. Hope to do as well this year. I'm considering Premium and wondering what it is like for an overnight flight--i.e. can you actually sleep in the seats?
Thanks!

I’ve flown Premium Economy overnight LAX to LHR numerous times. I do nod off. It isn’t a sound sleep but I’m not exhausted when I arrive and deplane.

Seats are comfortable enough but I do take a goose down pillow in my under the seat backpack.

Thanks, Claudia. This past spring in Upper Class I was able to sleep about four hours. I still needed a nap when I got to my B&B though! I even skipped dinner and went right to sleep. Maybe Premium is what I should be doing...when you consider that you certainly can't get a full night's sleep anyway.

OP my overnight flight lands at LHR around 10am.

Never know what to expect at immigration.

Patience is the key.

Once I’ve gotten to my accommodation I’ll unpack, freshen up and head back out to a convenience/market to retrieve a bottle of water, and a packet of Walkers Shortbread. I’ll also have a late lunch or early dinner as well as a pint. Then back to my room for a good’s night rest.

This year and last I've been incredibly lucky with absolutely no holdups in Immigration.
I usually try to pick up a couple of things at a supermarket and get some fresh air. By 6 or 7 p.m. I'm absolutely falling down and have to head to bed!

The only thing about Upper that really appeals to me is the opportunity to take a shower upon arrival in the Virgin Lounge. I can't sleep in either class.

Cala, I had breakfast in the Virgin lounge at LHR in 2023. It was pretty good. I didn't take a shower, though. I always go right to my bed and breakfast and shower there, if necessary.
