Vimy Ridge, Arras, France

We are planning to take a day trip from Paris to the Canadian National Vimy Memorial at Vimy Ridge near Arras, France this July. The directions I've found so far are very limited but mentions that you can take a train to Arras. I'm hoping that somebody can give me clearer directions on which train to take, etc. Thanks!

It's an impressive site....much more now, I assume, since the renovation is completed.
There are several trains a day between Paris Nord and Arras, via TGV, taking less than an hour and costing between 20 and 30 Euro each way, depending on whether you can grab a PREMs ticket (advance purchase, no changes, no refunds.) Check out http://www.sncf.fr/indexe.htm. You can book up to 90 days in advance on this website. The monument is about 10 km north of Arras, and a cab there should cost you about 10 Euro. Bus connections are very poor. There's an interpretive center there, and admission is free.
