Villa Adriana is easily within walking distance from the station (the station and the hotel are both are in the "new town"). When you exit the station, turn right and walk along the main street. When you reach the road that goes to Levanto (at Al Fornaio restaurant), keep left on the lower road. You'll soon reach another road to the right, and there will be a bunch of small fishing boats to the left on the water side and there may be a small sign for Il Maestrale on the right. Turn right up that road and continue walking. Just after Hotel 5 Terre (a maroon coloured building) you'll come to two white gate posts on the left, which are the entrance to Villa Adriana. Go through the gate and up the walkway to the hotel entrance. The walk should take less about 15 minutes. I've done it with heavy Backpacks, so if you're using wheelie bags it should be easier.

If you'd rather not do the walk, there are usually Taxis near the station to meet incoming trains so that's an option too. The ride should cost less than €10.
