It's a 7-hour train ride. Your cheapest non-stop flights would be on either Niki or Air Berlin. We'll need to know the date and time your flight leaves FRA to give you more detailed advice.

Hi, If your departure from FRA is at night, you do have the time. Take early the ICE to Frankfurt Hbf. (main train) direct. The ICE train leaves from Wien Westbahnhof (west train station)-Frankfurt Hbf. Where are staying in Vienna? The U-3 and 6 serve Westbahnhof. If you're close to either line, I suggest that.
