Hello all, we will be going from Vernazza to Pisa to catch an EasyJet flight to Paris-Orly, in late September (weekday). It looks like the first regionale train leaves Vernazza 07:15 and arrives Pisa Centrale at 08:57. We then need to cover the short distance to the airport. Our flight (have not booked yet)would be for 13:00, and per EasyJet site they close the gate 30 minutes prior to takeoff. This seems do-able, but we have to get to the airport and through security etc, does this seem reasonable, time-wise?
Thanks for the help, Dave
You can get a train right to the airport. According to the current schedule you could leave at 8:19 and be at the airport by 10:43. If you like to live dangerously, leave at 9:34 and get there at noon.
Hey thanks Sam, I see that now. Would you know if it's one connection-at La Spezia?-or is there more than one?
Thanks, Dave
Dave, from Vernazza, you will most likely have a train change at La Spezia Centrale and Pisa Centrale. Expect up to 2hrs45min travel time depending on the run. Please note that there are two previous runs before the 7:15 departure (5:00 and 6:24).
Thanks Larry, that's great. 6:24 it is! Better safe than sorry, I had entered 7 in the search.
Thanks again, Dave
