Is this a fair price for me to pay?
$67: 2nd class couchette T6 for 1 person. Traveling June 29.
I found this price on Rail Europe. So it obviously doesn't include their shipping and handling charges.

It also depends on what time of day you are leaving Venice. I took the train from Venice to Garmisch, Germany late morning and arrive at approx. 9:10 pm. Do you need a couchette? Just a thought.

The train ride from Venice to Salzburg via Innsbruck is beautiful. Why do it at night?
I know Rick preaches night trains but I don't think he enjoys seeing things from trains. He likes to "get to places" to enjoy things. Sometimes the journey is part of the sightseeing.
